Washington Rural Health Association Registration Information

To take advantage of this great opportunity, print these instructions and follow the steps to view our course catalog and register for your CE courses:

Go to http://www.athealthce.com and click on Catalog in the left navigation bar to review a menu of the courses. Click on a course title to read a description of the course and scroll down to find the link to the CE approvals for that course.

When you have decided which course(s) you would like to take, click on Register in the left navigation bar. If you are a new participant, click on the Register Now button under the New Participant category. If you have taken a course previously, enter your e-mail and password in the box for Returning Participants. This will take you to Step 1 of the registration pages.

Step 1 of registration: If you are a New Participant, complete the registration form, including your license state and license number. In the organization box, please enter the name of your employer. (Your employer is a member of the Washington Rural Health Association.)

If you are a Returning Participant, the form has been prefilled based on your existing profile. If you would like to change any information, you may do so on this page. Click Continue at the bottom of the page to move on to Step 2.

Step 2: At the top of this page you will see a box that says Organizational Code, if any. Type WRHA30 in the box. This code will give you a 30% discount on all of the online courses you purchase. (If you don't type WRHA30 in the box, the system will not record your discount, and you will be charged the full price for your courses.)

Our new registration system allows you to purchase as many courses as you would like at the same time. If you see Registered by a course title, this means that this course is already in your account. Select the courses that you want to purchase and click Continue at the bottom of the page to move on to Step 3.

Step 3: This page will give you a summary of the courses you have selected and an invoice total, including your discount and any sales tax. Enter the requested credit card information (no punctuation marks or spaces in your credit card number) and click Continue at the bottom of the page to complete your registration. Click the Continue button only once. It may take up to 30 seconds to process your order.

Course Registration Complete: This page will give you a summary of your information, the invoice/payment total, and individual course information. Print this page as a receipt for your records. You can click on the Begin button at the bottom of the page to go to your CE account and begin your courses. If you do not have time to take a course immediately, log out and access your courses another time.

Once you have registered properly, you will receive an automatically generated PURCHASE CONFIRMATION in your e-mail with instructions on how to access and take your course(s). This e-mail will come from jdm@athealth.com so be sure to add this e-mail address to your address book.

This is a great way to save on CE! You may not need CE credits right now, but since you have an unlimited time to finish your courses with us, you can purchase courses now and complete them in your next renewal cycle.
